Lately I've been gearing up hardcore for triathlon season. I signed up for the Nautica South Beach Triathlon which is exactly 40 days away and I've been training pretty consistently for about two weeks now. This year I decided that I needed to put on weight again so I've gotten back into lifting along with swimming, biking, and running.

Bump is one of my favorite iPhone applications and probably one of the least utilized. If you're not familiar with Bump, it allows you to "bump" your iPhone into another iPhone and exchange contact info, see mutual contacts, and send other contacts or photos. With the latest upgrade you can even choose to befriend someone on Facebook with a bump.
