More Willie

If nothing else, at least my little experiment could get me into writing more often. Today was my first full day without air conditioning. But. I spent almost the whole day out of the house. Waking up to 80 degrees kind of sucked, but the ocean breeze picked up and has made my apartment into a mini wind tunnel. It also forced me to organize all my stuff because any loose papers get immediately sucked into the void that is my south facing window…don’t worry, nothing made it out today.

I did make a discovery, my office window doesn’t stay open. Thanks to one of our suppliers and Staples I was able to ghetto rig the window open. It was truly an easy solution. ::pause while you look at the photo below and realize how incredibly lame that last comment was::



Anyways, I’ve gotten kind of lucky with the weather. The wind has picked up and the temperature has dropped. It is making things very comfortable right now and it’s the perfect weather to make me feel productive. Even snuck in a little three mile run tonight.
