iPhone App: RunKeeper

I finally broke down and got an arm band for my iPhone so that I could use it for training, the only problem is that their is no Nike+ integration with it. This is really stupid, but thankfully their are alternatives in the App Store, namely RunKeeper. It’s simple. Run the app, wait for the GPS signal, and hit start. It maps your run, gives you elapsed time, distance, average speed, average pace, and rise of elevation. Really nice, except you have to make sure that you start your music first, otherwise, you have to exit out of the app to get to it. Kind of a pain, but otherwise it’s great. Simple user interface and nice output…plus it’s available free. Below is the map of my first run with it, you can click for full results.
