Well my first goal of 2009 was completed on Sunday. Finish a triathlon. I did a sprint triathlon in Tradewinds park and it was so much fun I think I will be doing them throughout the year. I did pretty well for my first one, 7th in my age group and 22nd overall out of probably 80 or more people.
