Lately I've had this problem with sleep. I've been falling asleep really early and sleeping excessively. Like 10-12 hours a night. WTF. What happened to going to bed at 1 or 2 and waking up at 7? I'm sitting on a bit of a high right now. By no means am I a runner. I mean before today the farthest I had ran was a 5K and that was when I was in much better shape.

The flash landing page is gone. The quote at the beginning got on my nerves and I realized I have no time to update my site to an all Flash blog. So. Back to Wordpress exclusively. Also, I am going to make an effort to keep this updated a little more.
