Fort Lauderdale Here I Come.

After 3 weekends of exhausting searches, dealing with multitudes of real estate agents, and checking out a plethora of different properties I finally settled on the perfect one. I met the landlord yesterday after deciding to take the real estate agent out of the equation (he completely screwed up the offer and told me we’d lost the apartment…).

I’m supposed to be signing the lease today as well as doing the final walkthrough to make sure everything that needs to get fixed or cleaned gets done.

Other than that, the apartment was my first choice out of all the places I saw. It is incredible. I should have more pictures to show on here soon, for now I only have one from the listing. It doesn’t hurt that I talked the price down $200 :)
